Person in Custody After Pursuit Ends on Campus in Hooksett

One person is now in custody after a pursuit ended on the campus of Southern New Hampshire University.

The incident in Hooksett Tuesday night involved a police chase and the armed suspect ended up driving behind Webster Hall and running away from the vehicle before being caught.

A shelter-in-place order that was put into effect has already been lifted.

Police haven’t said yet what triggered the pursuit.
