Attorneys for Convicted Manchester Murderer Ask Judge to Set Aside Verdict
Attorneys for a Salem man convicted of fatally shooting another man outside a Manchester bar almost a year ago are asking the judge in the case to set aside the verdict.
Court officials say 23-year-old John Delee was convicted of second-degree murder in the death of 24-year-old Timothy Pouliot.
Delee reportedly shot and killed Pouliot after the older man punched him the face.
Attorneys claim their client acted in self-defense outside Goat Bar and Grill last January.
Court officials say Delee will face sentencing in March.
