An arrest warrant has been issued for a Manchester stabbing suspect.
A 29-year-old man suffered a non-life-threatening stab wound to his neck during a fight Sunday night at the Wendy’s on South Willow Street.
The suspect is identified as 45-year-old Jay Mouncey, who is homeless.
He’s wanted on charges including first-degree assault with a deadly weapon and as a felon in possession of a dangerous weapon.
