Countdown to St Patrick’s Day

Saint Patrick’s Day is just a week away, and the annual painting of the shamrocks will be happening in Manchester this weekend. It’ll start tomorrow morning at nine a-m at the intersection of Elm Street and Pleasant Street.

Crews will then move to the area of Elm Street and Hanover Street in front of City Hall.

Among those expected to be in attendance to help are Mayor Joyce Craig and Richard Phelan, who will be the Grand Marshal of the city’s Saint Patrick’s Day parade.
