A fire that damaged a condominium building in Manchester has been ruled suspicious.
First responders were called to the scene on Brook Street Wednesday and when crews arrived, they smelled smoke in the area.
A fire extinguisher was used to knock down most of the flames, and a propane tank was moved away from the building for safety reasons.
Three people were displaced, but no injuries were reported.
