A two-point-one magnitude earthquake was felt late last night in New Hampshire.  The U.S. Geological Survey said it was detected near the town of Warner around 11 p.m.  It was less than a mile from a two-point-eight magnitude earthquake detected in 2016.  There have been no reports of any damage.   

 The New Hampshire House has passed a proposed constitutional amendment to increase the mandatory retirement age for judges from 70 to 75.  Supporters say years of experience and knowledge is lost when judges are forced to retire at 70-years-old.  The Senate must also pass the proposal by a three-fifths majority to get on the 2024 general election ballot.  

Manchester Assistant School Superintendent Amy Allen is leaving the district.  She’s been hired as the new superintendent for the Lebanon School District.  Manchesterinklink.com reported Allen will start her new job on July first.  Manchester Superintendent Jennifer Gillis said Allen will be missed.
