Is There An Art To Archery? Is It As Easy As It Looks?

Over the next couple of months we are taking fitness outdoors on the pulse!

Exercising outside has many benefits, for many people your putting your body in a different environment than you probably use to.

Is there an art to archery?   Good Morning New Hampshire’s Korie Eiles along with Health Contributor, Business Owner, and personal trainer Gerry Blaze went on a mission to find out.

We hit Interstate 93 to the Art of Archery in Manchester where we met owner Dana White, who has practiced archery for more than 60 years.

My first thought was you really need to have a mind body connection.

“It’s not that simple, but it’s alot of fun”, Blaze said,”I have always wanted to do this since I was a kid.  I am so glad I did”.

We both agreed this is a fun outdoor activity, an great sport for beginners!
