Best selling author Justin Spizman has a new book, one that illuminates how top coaches turn talented athletes into champions. Profiled are some of the best-known figures from football, basketball, baseball and hockey and some of the lesser-known coaches from soccer, swimming, golf, rugby, gymnastics, volleyball and tennis. The coaches range from high school to elite professional sports.
The book is called Coach: The Greatest Teachers in Sports and Their Lessons for Us All and is currently available now.
