NH Senate President Will Not Resign To Focus On Senate Race

New Hampshire state Senate President Chuck Morse saying on ‘Good Morning NH’ he decided to run for U.S. Senate because Washington is a train wreck.

“I can deliver common sense”, Morse told Jack Heath.

Morse is the third Republican to challenge Sen. Maggie Hassan, following retired Brig. Gen. Donald Bolduc, and  Former Londonderry Town Manager Kevin Smith making is formal announcement over the weekend.

“I am quiet but effective.  Washington needs a work horse, not a show horse”, Morse said.

When asked if he will resign his position as the State Senate President he told ‘Good Morning NH’ no.
