NH Food Bank Secures A National Grant

The New Hampshire Food Bank is getting a boost towards its efforts to expand statewide access to fresh food.

That agency is receiving a 750-thousand dollar national grant to expand its Fresh Rescue program.

That initiative recovers fresh, surplus food from grocery stores, retailers and wholesalers.

The grant will be used for things like staffing, infrastructure and logistics.
