Person Shot This Morning In Thornton

The NH Attorney General’s office says a shooting occurred this morning in the Grafton County town of Thornton.

One person was seriously injured around nine a.m. on Mad River Road.

The victim was airlifted to Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center.

The exact circumstances of the incident remain under active investigation.

All parties have been identified and there is no known threat to the general public at this time.
