Concord Man Indicted on Accusation of Murdering Half-Brother
A 32-year-old Concord man has been indicted on first-degree murder charges in the fatal shooting of his 19-year-old half-brother earlier this year, the New Hampshire Attorney General announced.
Jesse James Sullivan is facing an alternate count of second-degree murder for recklessly causing the death of Zackary Sullivan by shooting him.
On January 16th Concord Police responded to a reported shooting near the Dunkin Donuts on Manchester Street.
Concord officers arrived about 7:11 p.m. and discovered Zackary Sullivan suffering from a single gunshot wound to the neck.
He died at Concord Hospital.
