Sununu: Americans are Still Comfortable Voting for Trump

A four-term Republican governor says Donald Trump’s conviction won’t hurt the former President at the ballot box.

New Hampshire Governor Chris Sununu told CNN’s ‘State of the Union’ that many Americans are comfortable voting for Trump despite his guilty verdict in his hush-money case.

Sununu added that there’s still a long way to go until the presidential election in November, and conceded he and former presidential candidate Nikki Haley were wrong about the American people not wanting to vote for a convicted felon.
