Precautions at Portsmouth High After Student Posts Message
A Portsmouth High School student has been directed by SAU 52 leadership to stay out of school and under family supervision following a Snapchat message stating their intention to ‘end everybody that made fun of me.’
The Portsmouth Police Department and school administrators have concluded there is no threat to students and staff at the high school after investigating the concerning social media post.
Though the district has determined no threat exists, the Portsmouth Police Department will have an increased presence at the high school Friday, graduation is scheduled for 5:30pm.
