Crash Leads to DUI Arrest in Portsmouth
A 40-year-old Holden, Maine, man is charged with driving under the influence of drugs and reckless operation.
New Hampshire State Police said Michael Tardiff lost control of his car on the exit 3 on-ramp to I-95 north in Portsmouth shortly before 2 a.m. Monday.
The vehicle went off the ramp and hit a tree on a wooded area.
Tardiff and two passengers were taken to the hospital with serious, but non-life-threatening injuries.
