Doors of Affordable Housing Complex Now Open in Manchester

The doors of a newly renovated affordable housing complex are now open in Manchester.

The project was made possible thanks to a federal low-income tax credit and tenants will pay between $900 and $1300 a month depending on the apartment they picked.

Data shows that only 24% of rental units in the state are considered to be affordable.

Carroll County has the highest number of affordable housing units while Coos County has the lowest.
