Manchester VA Employee Charged with Threatening Ordered to Wear GPS Monitor
A carpenter at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs hospital in Manchester is being released after he was arrested this week for allegedly threatening to shoot two supervisors.
According to court documents, Paul Gangi was charged with threatening to assault, kidnap, or murder federal employees.
Though he’s been released, Gangi must wear a GPS tracking device and stay out of Rye and Hudson.
His release also includes some other conditions like staying away from the use of alcohol, being evaluated by a mental health care provider, avoiding contact with anyone who is or could become a victim or witness in the case and more.
Gangi could face up to ten years in prison and is due in court on October 1st.
