Woman Identified in New London Fatal Crash

A California woman is now being identified as the victim of a fatal crash in New London over the weekend.

State Police say 26-year-old Salma Garcia was riding in a vehicle that slammed into a utility trailer parked on the side of Little Sunapee Road Saturday morning.

The impact caused the vehicle to catch fire, and the driver needed treatment for serious injuries.

The cause of the accident is under investigation and witnesses are asked to contact State Police.
