One Dead Following Pedestrian Crash in Nashua

One person is dead following Friday’s pre-dawn pedestrian crash in Nashua.

State police say the adult-male victim had been walking on the northbound side of the F.E. Everett Turnpike in Nashua shortly before 5:30 a.m. when he was hit by a passing pickup truck.

The motorist reportedly pulled over and remained at the scene after alerting authorities.

The victim – whose identity was not released – was pronounced dead at the scene.

An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
