Negligent Homicide Charged in Death of NH Air National Guard Commander
An 81 year old Rochester man has been indicted in connection with a hit-and-run that killed a New Hampshire Air National Guard commander.
Paul Clement faces charges including negligent homicide after 57-year-old John Pogorek of Strafford was hit and killed by a passing car in July.
The July 8th accident occurred on Crown Point Road in Rochester.
When he was arrested in August, Clement told police he had been drinking at a local bar before the fatality and blacked out at the time of the accident.
Clement is scheduled to be arraigned in Strafford County Superior Court Tuesday, Nov. 5th.
