Tiny Dog Wins Big at Westminster Dog Show for Portsmouth’s Carol Kelly

Purchase, a three-year old papillon owned by Portsmouth resident Carol Kelly, is a little dog that made a big splash at the 147^th Westminster Kennel Club dog show on May 6^th in New York.

Purchase won first place in the agility championship in the eight-inch dog division, and the blue-ribbon was bigger than the dog.
