One Hospitalized, Suspect at Large After Friday’s Night Hit-and-Run Crash in Rochester

Rochester police are seeking the public’s help in tracking down a driver linked to Friday night’s hit-and-run incident near Hannaford that injured a woman.

Department sources say officers dispatched to the scene on Milton Road arrived shortly after 10:20 p.m. to find the woman with a head injury.

No suspect vehicle description was available, however police say the vehicle is likely to show damage to its hood and windshield on the passenger side.
