Drug Cartels Are Targeting Our Region, Law Enforcement Official Says

DEA Agent Jon DeLena says drug cartels have not been impacted by the COVID pandemic, they continue to thrive on it.

DeLena says fentanyl is being found in early drug, from Adderall to marijuana, and methamphetamines.

“The amount of supply is relentless.  286 American’s die each day.  New Hampshire is targeted for our addiction rate, they are targeting our region”, he told Jack Heath. https://www.dea.gov/divisions/new-england  

According to the National Survey on Drug Use and Health, NH ranks as one of the highest in the country for illicit drug use among 18 to 25 year old’s.
