NH Real Estate Pros Chart Huge Year-To-Year Jump in Seacoast Home Values

The median price for a home along New Hampshire’s Seacoast now tops an unprecedented $900,000.

The Seacoast Board of Realtors reported last week that the median sale price of a single-family home in July was over $905,700.

That comes in at more than $100,000 over the previous month’s median price.

Realtors say the past year’s rise in prices for Seacoast homes has significantly outpaced the median price for the state.

Officials say home prices statewide rose 6.7% over the past year to a median price of $480,000.
