Derry Resident Sought by Manchester Police

A Derry man is being sought in connection with gunshots on Willow Street in Manchester last month.

Police responded to the scene around 12:45 a.m. on September 12th.

\Investigators determined that 26-year-old Joseph Finan fired shots in a parking lot and fled the scene.

There’s a warrant for his arrest on reckless conduct and criminal threatening charges.
