Maine Man to Change Plea in Portsmouth High School Threatening Case
A Maine man accused of threatening Portsmouth High School last spring is accepting a plea deal from prosecutors.
Officials say an attorney for Kyle Hendrickson announced Friday that his client would change his plea to guilty.
Prosecutors say the 25-year-old Hendrickson faces charges of interstate threatening and possession of a firearm in a school zone after he allegedly posted an online video showing him posing with a gun outside the school.
The video reportedly also included text that said Hendrickson was going to ‘shoot up’ the school.
Federal court officials say a charge-of-plea hearing in the case is set for December 11th.
