Dover Man Indicted for Threatening Presidential Candidates
A Dover man is facing federal charges for allegedly threatening to kill three presidential candidates.
The Justice Department announced 30-year-old Tyler Anderson is being charged with three counts of transmitting a threat.
Anderson was first arrested earlier this month after he allegedly sent text messages threatening to kill GOP presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy and attendees at a campaign event.
Officials said he first threatened another candidate in November and a third this month.
Each charge carries up to five years in prison.
