New Manchester Mayor Ruais Lays Out His Vision

New Manchester Mayor Jay Ruais has laid out the vision he has for his time in office.

The Republican Ruais was officially sworn-in Tuesday, weeks after beating Democrat Kevin Cavanaugh on Election Day.

He’s promising to do his part to make Manchester the best mid-sized city in America.

But, Ruais said he understands that process will be a difficult one.

He’s already announced a freeze on non-essential spending to try and improve the city’s financial situation.
