Seabrook Man Charged in Road Rage Incident

Hampton police said a 40-year-old Seabrook resident pointed a gun at another driver during a reported road rage incident.

It happened Monday morning on Towle Farm Road.

Matthew Breslin is charged with reckless conduct and criminal threatening. He was released on personal recognizance with a court date in May.
