Alleged Concord Couple Killer Used Aliases After Shooting
The man accused in the deaths of a couple from Concord allegedly used several aliases to evade police.
Logan Clegg is charged in the shooting deaths of Steve and Wendy Reid on a public walking trail in Concord last year.
Clegg told police his name was “Arthur Kelly” when he was initially questioned and then tried to purchase a bus ticket out of town under the alias “Denton Kelly.”
