Bill Would Ban Sanctuary Cities in New Hampshire

The state Senate passed a bill last week to ban so-called ‘sanctuary cities’ in New Hampshire.

It would prohibit the state and municipalities from enacting sanctuary city immigration policies and would also require local police to be immigration enforcers.

Any city or town that declares itself a sanctuary could face legal action from the Attorney General’s Office.
