Bow Man Still Recovering Following Avalanche at Mt. Washington

A Bow man is continuing to recover after being injured in a weekend avalanche on Mount Washington.

Fish and Game Officials say he was skiing down Airplane Gully with a friend Saturday when the avalanche happened.

Following a long rescue effort, the man was airlifted to Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center where he needed treatment for a leg injury.

No one else was hurt.
