Concord Man Accused of Exposing Himself

A 27-year-old Concord man is accused of exposing himself.
Police said Matayo Riley allegedly exposed himself to a woman in a retail store Tuesday.
Just hours earlier he was convicted of indecent exposure for an incident in a store back in May.
Police said the investigation remains active.
