Concord Man Awaits Sentencing After Pleading Guilty in Child-Sex Case
A Concord man could face up to 30 years behind bars after he pleaded guilty in federal court Friday to sexual exploitation of a minor and possession of child sexual-abuse material.
Prosecutors say investigators found video evidence that 38-year-old Scott Wilkinson had engaged in sexual acts with a child in New Jersey in April 2022.
Wilkinson was arrested last November and indicted the following month.
Court officials say he will be sentenced in January.
His sentence could include six-figures in restitution and supervised release.
