Concord Woman Won’t Face Murder Charges
The 41-year-old woman who stabbed her husband to death last August will not be charged.
The Attorney General’s Office said Kristin Talcott, who claimed self-defense, was justified when she used deadly force to defend herself.
She fatally stabbed her husband during a struggle when he threatened and assaulted her.
Investigators also noted Alexander Talcott’s behavior had become increasingly erratic and that Kristen Talcott had voiced concerns to family, friends, legal professionals and a domestic violence shelter.
