Deadly Manchester Police Shooting Autopsy Report Released

The 56-year-old Manchester man fatally shot Friday morning in a confrontation with police officers died from multiple gunshot wounds to the chest and abdomen.
The chief medical examiner’s autopsy determined the manner of Andrew Smith’s death was homicide.
The exact circumstances of the incident on Bridge Street remain under investigation.
