Derry Newspaper Publisher to be Sentenced

A New Hampshire newspaper publisher who was found guilty of illegally running advertisements for local races is due in court this week.

Debra Paul is the publisher of the ‘Londonderry Times.’

She was convicted of five misdemeanor charges, stating she ran the advertisements without marking them as political advertising, in November.

She faces up to five years in jail.
