Elderly Manchester Man Found Safe

An 80-year-old Manchester man with dementia was located about 12 hours after he left home late Monday night.

Leo Dion was found at the bottom of a ten-to-15-foot embankment at the end of a dead-end street Tuesday.

Police said despite being out in the cold for over 12 hours and not properly dressed, Dion was conscious and alert. He was reunited with his family at a hospital.
