Honoring NH Law Enforcement Killed In The Line Of Duty

Flags will be flying at half-staff on Friday across the state in honor of law enforcement officers who have lost their lives in the line of duty.  Each name will be read at a ceremony tomorrow in Concord.   The 30th annual Memorial Ceremony will be held outside the legislative building on State Street.

nd in this together”, Sergeant Greg Dube told Jack Heath. ​

A fallen New Hampshire state Police Trooper was honored in the nation’s capital last weekend.
Staff Sgt. Jesse Sherill was added to the National Law Enforcement memorial in Washington, DC.
Members of the New Hampshire police association attended the ceremony.

“We had a large formation in DC getting Jesse’s name on the monument.  We want the family to know they will always be family to us. It’s not just a co-workers, but a brother”, Colonel Kevin Jordan said on Good Morning New Hampshire.

A Connecticut truck driver is facing criminal charges for his role in a crash that killed Sherill last October.
