House Fire Displaced Residents in Manchester

A fast-moving three-alarm fire displaced nine residents of a multi-family house in Manchester.

Crews responded to the scene on Brooks Street late Monday afternoon. There were no reported injuries.

According to investigators, the fire was caused by the improper disposal of smoking materials.
