Law Enforcement Cracks Down on Speeders
Law enforcement officers in New Hampshire are joining other states to up patrols to combat excessive speeding on the East Coast.
New Hampshire safety officials are cautioning that state highways are turning deadly.
In 2024, there have been 64 fatal crashes with the loss of 69 lives.
Crash deaths are up 10% this year.
State police say they have issued tickets for speeding to more than 55,000 drivers, with more than 70 drivers stopped for going over 100 miles per hour.
