Manchester Assault Suspect Turned Himself in
A suspect wanted in connection with a violent assault in Manchester earlier this month turned himself in on Wednesday.
Police had a warrant for the arrest of 26-year-old Kyle Babb of Chichester who is charged with second-degree assault.
He’s accused of attacking a 62-year-old man around two a.m. on October 5th.
The victim suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
