Manchester Behavior Technician Accused of Assaulting Students

A behavior technician who worked at a school in Manchester has been accused of assaulting two students.

Authorities say 24-year-old William O’Connell was working for Applied ABC when he allegedly attacked a seven-year-old and six-year-old at Parker Varney Elementary School.

One child was thrown to the ground and the other was allegedly pushed down.

The students weren’t seriously hurt and O’Connell is facing charges.
