Widening Project On Everett Turnpike To Cause Delays For Drivers

(Bedford, NH) — The widening project on the Everett Turnpike is expected to cause delays for drivers over the next couple of months.

That’s because crews will be blasting away a ledge to make room for a third lane on the highway in Bedford.

The blasts are scheduled for the time period between ten a-m and two p-m and traffic has to be stopped in both directions as a result.

The 20-million-dollar project is expected to be complete in 2024.
