Manchester Repeat Offender Sentenced to Federal Prison

A 36-year-old Manchester man was sentenced Wednesday to over 12 years in federal prison for possessing with intent to distribute cocaine while on parole.

Michael Francis also forfeits $49,000 seized in connection with the investigation.

The U.S. Attorney’s Office said he pleaded to one count of possession with intent to distribute over 500 grams of cocaine.
