New Hampshire Attorney General Expanding Civil Rights Unit

The Attorney General’s Office is expanding its civil rights unit.

It’s in response to a sharp increase in hate crimes and complaints in New Hampshire in recent years.

Another lawyer and an investigator are being added.

The AG’s office said the expansion will allow for a faster response to hate crimes and complaints and more cases prosecuted statewide.
