Air Quality Action Days in NH

Canadian wildfire smoke is expected over New Hampshire the next few days.

Smoke will reach the ground creating hazy and unhealthy conditions.

The state Department of Environmental Services said areas most impacted will be Belknap Cheshire, Grafton, Hillsborough, Merrimack and Sullivan Counties.

People with heart or lung disease in particular are advised to stay indoors as much as possible.
