“It’s a great time to sell, we are seeing a huge influx of people from outside of New Hampshire buying across the state”, says real estate agent Melanie Norcross. “Mortgage rates have risen only slightly above record from the pandemic and that is certainly driving the local market”, Norcross went on to say. For those with extra cash, now may feel like the time to buy a home. Home prices have risen on average throughout the pandemic, but home prices and rental rates vary based on supply and demand in individual markets.
