NH Could See Northern Lights This Week

New Hampshire is one of more than a dozen states that could see the northern lights this week.

The University of Alaska says there will be a stronger-than-usual solar storm that should bring the Northern Lights to 17 states across the Midwest.

Residents across the state could see highly active auroral displays, though clouds and city lights will take away some of the show.

Forecasters say the best time for viewing the Northern Lights will be between 10 p.m. Thursday night and early Friday morning.
