One Dead Following Pre-Dawn Saturday Motorcycle Crash in Concord

A motorcyclist is dead following Saturday’s pre-dawn, single-vehicle crash in Concord.

Local police say they got the call around 2:45 a.m. about the incident on Mountain Road in the city’s Hayward Brook area.

Responding officers found the biker, whose identity was not released, dead at the scene around 3 a.m.

They later determined that the crash had occurred around an hour earlier.

Police say alcohol and operator error appear to have been factors in the crash.
